What is white Glove Delivery? Our standard carrier delivery options will cover the cost of getting an item to your shipping address, but our White Glove service will provide more options for you:

– Will call to schedule a delivery appointment.
– Will unload, unpack, and remove all the packaging debris from the premises.
– Will typically add 5-7 business days to your order’s transit and only includes 30 minutes of on-site time.
– Please note that this service does not include set-up of the items being delivered, such as installation of casters, shelves, or other accessories.
– We provide you all the dimensions on the item’s page.
– Please make sure to check the dimensions of your space and any doors or stairs the item may go through prior to placing your order.

– It is the buyer responsibility to ensure large products will easily pass through any entrances or areas for the product to be placed.
– In the event that an item cannot be delivered due to conflicts with the location, the order may be subject to a return and any associated costs.
